At ITS LAT ENTERPRISES, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy explains our returns, cancellations, and refund procedures.

Return Eligibility (30-Day Window)

You may return items within 30 calendar days of delivery if:

  • Products are unopened and in original, sealed packaging
  • Products are unused and in resalable condition
  • Products are not expired or near expiration
  • You provide your original order number

We cannot accept returns if:

  • Products are opened, used, or tampered with (health & safety reasons)
  • Original packaging or seals are broken
  • Return request is after 30 days of delivery
  • Products are marked as "Final Sale"
  • Products are damaged due to misuse or improper storage

How to Return a Product

    • Provide your order number and reason for return
  2. Receive a Return Authorization (RA) number

    • Our team will review your request and issue an RA number
    • Do not ship products without an RA number
  3. Ship the product back

    • Pack securely in original packaging
    • Write the RA number on the outside of the package
    • Ship to the address provided by our team
    • Return shipping is paid by you, unless product is defective or we made an error
  4. Receive your refund

    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the return
    • Refunds go to your original payment method
    • Email confirmation sent when processed
    • Allow 5–10 business days for refund to appear in your account

Refund Amounts

  • Full Refund: Original product price (excluding original shipping)
  • Partial Refund: May be issued if product is resalable but not in perfect condition
  • No Refund: If product doesn't meet eligibility requirements or return is unauthorized

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless we made an error or product is defective
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost/damaged shipments

Defective or Damaged Products

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Send photos of product and packaging
  • We provide a prepaid return label
  • You receive a full refund or replacement

Wrong Item Shipped

  • Contact us immediately
  • We provide a prepaid return label
  • Correct item shipped at no additional cost

Order Cancellations

  • Before shipment (within 24 hours): Full refund if order hasn't shipped yet
  • After shipment: Cannot cancel once shipped; you may refuse delivery
  • Refund processed once returned; original shipping is non-refundable
